Na'urar Lissafin Kalori na Tsalle Igiya

Tsalle igiya yana ƙona kalori da yawa a kowane minti fiye da gudu ga yawancin mutane, wanda ke sa ya zama motsa jiki mai kyau wanda ke adana lokaci.
